Sales Associate at CPR Realty
I started in the real estate field as a data entry clerk for a New York State broker specializing in REO’s. I worked for five years, entering and learning the valuation process of residential properties. I subsequently decided to go to school for Medical billing and coding. Fifteen months later, I realize this is not for me. I did some minor work with my father-in-law Patrick Naraine, who was working on a Real Estate application. After a few months, he asks me to get more involved. Developing this program became my primary focus for the next three years. During the development process, I acquired my Real estate licenses to understand the practical side of the Real Estate business better. Actively selling and renting properties for about the same time as working on this application helped me in both areas, the development and identifying the tasks which can be addressed by technology. I have no formal training in software development, but I am a quick study. The practice of real estate helps me offer sound suggestions to the developers for the Tennessee market. Having worked on this application from the inception, I think I am uniquely qualified to help you with any of your support questions.
